Is this Technology going to change nature of long distance relationships?
Debate Information
At what point is technology going to cross the line what's real and what not? Sounds like these guys figured out a way for remote presence. It seems to be aimed at long distance couples, but is it going too far? http://flip.it/fmyZWg
It is amazing what technology can do. I think implications of this technology will be far reaching. Unfortunately though it likely will find a way into Adult industry.
Well, at some point even radio seemed like going too far: sitting in Paris and listening to a narrator from the US in real time seemed absolutely out of this world. And yet nowadays with Skype and chat boxes on every tiny device we feel right at home.
I think it is a great idea: to stimulate physical sensations distantly. Once we as a society accept the fact that all our romantic feelings are just reactions of our bodies on the external stimuli, we will no longer see it as weird to artificially stimulate them by the mutual input. If you can hug and kiss your partner while being 5,000 miles away from them, seeing, smelling and feeling everything exactly the same way as you would if you were merely 1 inch away from each other - then why not? I think it is awesome.
